Return Policy

Purchase price, less shipping fees, will be refunded for any reason, or product exchanged, provided the product(s) purchased have not been put into service and are returned in satisfactory condition within 30 days of receipt to: Tele-Ride Binding Company at PO Box 856, Leominster MA 01453. The buyer assumes all shipping and reasonable handling costs in return transactions.

The Tele-Ride Binding is guaranteed to work as stated when following guidelines for proper use and given periodic maintenance as stated. Tele-Ride is not responsible for defects arising from neglect or misuse of this product.


Warranties

Buyer will receive manufacturers' warranties on all products purchased. Tele-Ride Bindings are warranted to remain free of structural defects for a period of one year in normal use after date of receipt by buyer, provided buyer returns completed and signed warranty and release agreement within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise consumer must rely on applicable laws in the state of residence. Other conditions apply, and are detailed in Warranty certificate that accompanies purchase.
